Above are the Poche drawings of Jorn Utzon's, Villa Can Feliz building. The floor plan is drawn 1:100 scale. I chose to draw the floor plan using water proof felt tip and use water colour for the floor plan as it is a large scaled drawing water colour can be applied very easy and quickly as it covers great surfaces with little effort due to the aid of water. With the water colour i have focused on applying dark areas where there are no windows or no points of light entry and thus lighter areas proving to be areas of light entry into the building, thus proving as to why the hall ways are dark.
i have drawn the Elevation 1:100 scale. I have drawn it using charcoal, as it is a dark coloured material shading of the elevation proves to be a simple task by the simple application of weight level on the charcoal to achieve the desired shade, tone.
The two sections are drawn 1:200 scale. Both line work and shading was achieved through the us of pencil.
